If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion within 60 days of your order date for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Here’s how it works:
- Contact us at support@youngerlift.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
A few simple guidelines:
- We accept returns on both opened and unopened products, as long as they are returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your item was damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
